Nigel Price is another regular visitor to The Jazz Café. The London based guitarist Nigel Price is one the country’s hardest working musicians, performing throughout the country in various formats, including his now legendary Organ Trio. After graduating from the James Taylor Quartet Nigel has performed with the cream of British jazz, including vocalist Georgia Mancio and saxophonists Dave O’Higgins and Don Weller. His recent project “Wes Re-Imagined” featuring his Organ Trio and Tony Kofi and others, features some bold and intelligent reinterpretations of classic Wes Montgomery and Montgomery associated compositions.
