Nigel Price is another regular guest in our Friday Night Series who has delighted audiences with his clear, flowing lines and melodic interpretations of jazz standards. The London based guitarist is one the country’s hardest working musicians, performing throughout the country in various formats, including his now legendary Organ Trio. After graduating from the James Taylor Quartet Nigel has performed with the cream of British jazz, including vocalist Georgia Mancio and saxophonists Dave O’Higgins and Don Weller. Stylistically, he is a continuation of the Wes Montgomery school but with a deep affinity for the blues.

Nigel Price will be performing with the Andy Urquhart Quartet
